### A first call

Your work, the problem, and who owns it. We ask more than we pitch.

### We go see

If it fits, we walk one real flow or work with your team on a hackathon day. The gemba comes before any proposal.

### An honest read

Where AI belongs, where it doesn't, and what it would take. Sometimes the answer is "not yet." That's a real answer.
