# Sandrine Olivencia

Lean Product Development

 Sandrine Olivencia leads lean product development for LEI's LeanTech initiative, helping CEOs and executive teams build product-driven organizations that escape the trap of "feature frenzy."

 Scaling companies face a common pattern: they ship more features, hire more people, and move faster, yet struggle to create products customers genuinely want to buy. Agile improved delivery processes but often lost its original "product artisan" spirit, the craft of building something customers actually value. Sandrine helps leaders recapture that craft while scaling. This is where she specializes.

## Sandrine brings expertise in:

- arrow\_right Developing Chief Product Engineers, visionary leaders who combine technical expertise with strategic and financial insight
- arrow\_right Moving organizations from feature-driven to product-led, using design-to-cost thinking that ensures profitability from the start

 Sandrine co-authored *The Lean Sensei*, which won the Shingo Prize Publication Award in 2020, and *Build to Sell*, a 400-page handbook on lean product development. She partners with CEOs and their executive teams through her company Taktique and has coached product and operations teams across multiple industries for over 30 years.
