# Tyson Heaton

 Organizational Transformation Strategy

 Tyson Heaton leads organizational transformation strategy for LEI's LeanTech initiative, helping leaders make change stick in the middle of large organizations.

 Executive support creates space for transformation, but the hard part is what comes next: coordinating effectively across business units, building capability where the work actually happens, and creating results others in the organization can see and learn from. This is where Tyson specializes.

 Tyson has led lean transformation inside organizations spanning manufacturing operations (JBS, Schreiber Foods, Greencore) and enterprise technology (O.C. Tanner), where he tackled scalability, legacy system modernization, and supply chain transformation. A Shingo Institute examiner since 2019, he brings both rigor and pragmatism to the work.

 He's also a relentless experimenter, deeply bullish on AI's potential to enhance knowledge work and accelerate change loops. For Tyson, AI isn't about replacing human understanding; it's about getting to the high-value part of the cycle faster.

 As the point of contact for LEI's LeanTech initiative, Tyson coordinates a faculty of practitioners and matches the right expertise to each engagement.
